FIREFIGHTERS

Rhizome works with the WSCFF on a multitude of marketing projects. The state council serves over 8,500 Washington state firefighters. When the staff was struggling to design a new site on their own, they reached out to us.  We redesigned the site, did the front-end development work, and collaborated closely with their web host to ensure the site’s launch would be a success. The site is public, but a restricted member login helps union firefighters see a greater amount of content meant for their eyes only. The site has won multiple awards from within the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF) and a Davy Award.

When the Seattle Fire Fighters Health Care Trust needed a new website to house all of their healthcare information for their Local members, we helped them sort through the plethora of information they had from a variety of sources. We conducted research and performed surveys on the membership to find out what they truly desired in a new site. Not wanting to have a separate site for Local 27 communications, we combined the needs of the two groups into one functional site. A members-only login also lets Local members see news and information related specifically to them.
